- Solution: We use high-alloy steel (e.g., 20CrMnTi) and optimize pressure angles to enhance root strength. Each batch undergoes rigorous hardness testing and NDT to ensure a high safety margin under peak torque.
Lubrication and Thermal Management
- Consideration: High-speed reciprocating motion generates significant heat, causing thermal expansion that affects meshing precision.
- Solution: Precision automatic lubrication is essential. We recommend micro-lubrication parameters based on cycle frequency and using base materials with matched thermal expansion coefficients. Our tools are annually calibrated by third parties to ensure geometric tolerances are optimized.
Zero Backlash & Synchronization
Consideration: In multi-robot collaboration, transmission backlash accumulates into positioning errors.
Solution: We recommend ground helical racks with adjustable-center-distance gearbox bases. Through precision measurement and segmented compensation, we control positioning errors across the full stroke to meet the automotive industry's stringent synchronization standards.
