Dust Protection and Sealing

  • Issue: Woodworking environments are filled with fine sawdust, which can easily enter the gear teeth and cause abrasive wear.
  • Solution: High-efficiency dust collection systems must be installed. Additionally, we recommend automatic lubrication systems. Our custom components can be integrated with felt lubrication wheels to continuously clean and lubricate the tooth surface during operation.

Backlash Adjustment

  • Issue: Excessive backlash leads to "stepped" edges during cutting; too little backlash increases heat buildup and damages the guides.
  • Solution: We suggest split-pinion or master-slave drive solutions or high-precision ground racks / DIN6 gear rack. Our experienced sales team provides technical consulting on pre-loading based on your specific drawings.

Selection of Lubricant

  • Issue: Standard grease easily traps sawdust, forming an abrasive paste.
  • Solution: Use high-viscosity, anti-fling synthetic lubricants. We perform rigorous compatibility tests on our assembled products to ensure low-friction operation even in extremely dusty environments.
