AT10 Pulley: The Evolution of High-Torque Drive Performance

AT10 pulley consists of three parts: the rim, the spokes, and the hub. When designing the AT10 pulley, its structure should be easy to manufacture, have a uniform mass distribution, be lightweight, and avoid excessive internal stress caused by casting. Static balancing is required when V>5m/s, and dynamic balancing is required when V>25m/s. Common materials for synchronous pulleys include gray cast iron, 45# steel, aluminum alloy, copper, or engineering plastics. Gray cast iron is the most widely used. When V≤30m/s, HT200 is used; when V≥25～45m/s, cast iron or cast steel is preferable, or a steel plate stamped and welded pulley can also be used. For low-power transmissions, cast aluminum and plastic can be used.
